I found the check-in process to be quite frustrating. After arriving soaked from the rain, the check-in took far too long. Additionally, the extra charge for my dog was surprisingly high compared to other hotels.

Just wrapped up a stay in a Double Room for 4 nights. The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the cappuccino! The location near Aviano AB was a win for my work trip, though the check-in timing could've been quicker. A solid choice!

Awesome staff and yummy breakfast!
Had a great stay with my fam. The staff really went outta their way to help us out when we got lost on our way there. They even saved us breakfast and made the best cappuccinos! Only wish the room had a bit less noise from the street outside. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch!
